The modules take place in small groups (max. 14 people). Small groups guarantee maximum learning success, allowing me to address your needs in a targeted way. We can include examples from your experience as a trainer in the course. You will receive the course material at the beginning of every module.
You will have to complete a project during the course. If possible, the project should be submitted a week before the course ends, so that changes and corrections can be made in time. The project is to be submitted in written and electronic form.
The course also consists of a peer group meeting. The course participants are responsible for organising the meeting on their own. They can practise training sequences during the meeting and give each other feedback. They can also use the meeting to think of exercises or to put exercises they have discussed into practice. The peer group meeting should take place in a relaxed atmosphere so that it is possible to work creatively. The minutes of each peer group meeting are to be recorded.
